Elvan graduated from Bilgi University Department of Performing Arts in 2003. After graduation, she worked as fashion and style consultant, public relations expert, and visual designer for advertising and fashion industry. Between 2005 and 2010, in partnership with French La Mode En Images, she organized presentations and fashion shows for world-wide known brands such as Chanel and Cartier. Since 2010, she has been working with journalist Sibel Arna as stylist for newspapers, advertisements, and TV shows. She currently designs jackets, kimonos, and coats under the Jaquette by Elvan Tığlıoğlu brand.
When you wear a Jaquette, one thing is certain: you will draw attention. The journey begins with a jacket but always arrives at self-confidence. What we do is transform an abstract concept into a tangible reality, offering not just a jacket, but also a sense of self-assurance.
Our inspiration comes from seeking harmony within disharmony, creating unity from contrasts, and discovering individuality while exploring the essence of the human form.
